Began coaching in 2007, with nonprofit organizations and individuals seeking to create professional and personal wealth and well-being.
Since 2007, I have conducted trainings in the tri-state area on: management, business development, social justice, financial literacy, career development, and early childhood education.
In addition to conducting trainings and public speaking engagements, I design curriculum's that are culturally competent, diverse and with a goal of promoting leadership and empowerment.
Through my work in the private and nonprofit sector, I have come to understand the complexities of management systems, culture, and social patterns that affect organizational success and professional growth.
I learned the intricacies of managing organizations that serve marginalized communities and social challenges that interfere in the provision of quality services. It is this knowledge that drives my desire to support continued growth of organizations and individuals seeking to create extraordinary futures.
I am a Certified Professional Coach, a Doctoral Learner at the University of Phoenix - Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership, and a graduate of Baruch College, School of Public Affairs. Graduated with a Masters in Public Administration, a National Urban Fellow; a Graduate Fellowship in Non-Profit Management and Urban Policy.
My undergraduate studies were conducted at Universidad Interamericana of Puerto Rico and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources.
My professional background is in organizational management and leadership coaching, business and community development, financial coaching, public relations and early childhood education.
With 17 years of management, supervisory, staff and business development experience, as a Latino, bilingual person who lives in Brooklyn, I continue to work towards setting the stage for others to have a voice, quality of life and opportunities to be self sufficient through coaching and education.
